Under 15s Red

I’m Timo, current pelsall villa colts u15 manager I’ve managed the team since 2020/21 season and have had the joy of watching the development of the team from the first season to the current team. I’ve overseen a lot of changes, lots of hard work has gone into this team over the years and a special bond created, I’ve seen in no other team.

That’s a credit to these young men who work tirelessly week in week out for each other and get their just rewards for the hard work they put in.

The first season was about getting the lads to believe in themselves giving them the confidence to play with freedom and obviously working hard in training and on match days to be better. Our first 2 seasons together we finished 2nd in our respective league a massive improvement from where they once were.

Last season saw us win the league and cup double unbeaten for the whole season and memories made which will live with me forever, especially seeing their faces in the cup final win, a special night for this team and well deserved.

We have taken that form into this season and have just won another league title, again unbeaten, and takes our unbeaten league record to 29, which is a great achievement in any level of football. One we wish to maintain, when we move into division 1, for the summer league.
